• You must use Opinion Owl in compliance with all applicable laws and Slack's terms of service.
• You are responsible for the content of polls created in your workspace.
• Abuse, spam, or misuse of the service may result in suspension or removal.

Brand Usage Rights

• By using Opinion Owl, you grant us permission to display your company name, logo, and brand marks on our website and marketing materials as examples of customers who use our service.
• We will use your brand assets in a professional manner that reflects positively on your brand.
• If you wish to opt out of having your brand displayed, please contact us using our contact form.
• We reserve the right to remove any customer references at our discretion.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features may require a paid subscription. Details are provided at the time of purchase.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Opinion Owl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from use of the service.

Data Retention and Removal

• By default, we retain your workspace data for 90 days after you uninstall the Opinion Owl app.
• If you wish to have your data removed immediately upon uninstallation, you must contact us via our contact form.
• After the 90-day period, poll data may be anonymized or aggregated for analytical purposes.
• To request complete removal of all your data at any time, please contact us with your workspace details.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
